MIKE KOLUDROVICH

Blending creativity with the precision of engineering is something Mike has always been passionate about. With a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Mike nurtured his creativity while working for a local engineering firm with numerous creative side projects. Following his passion, he decided to finally merge the two interests and form Koludro Create. Since then, he has been making dreams come to life by creating engineering drawings for all types of projects ranging from custom home builds, small retail spaces to 20 story high-rise buildings, schools, restaurants, and more.

BRENT CORNELL

A mechanical engineer by trade, Brent now blends his engineering precision and architectural creativity into detailed designs that bring ideas to life. He lives a minimalist, adventurous lifestyle with his wife in their tiny home on wheels. When he’s not designing, you’ll find Brent immersed in the outdoors—biking, hiking, skiing, or enjoying quality time with family.

KATIE MILLER

Katie, with her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, has always been passionate about understanding individual needs and experiences. She eagerly anticipates combining her expertise with her unique artistic touch to create a personalized space that truly reflects your authentic personality.

AUSTIN N. GEHALO

A highly skilled and creative architectural designer, Austin is proficient in translating client visions into functional, sustainable, and visually compelling designs. Always ready to challenge himself, he looks forward to applying his creative process towards new solutions.

HENESY FLORENCE DARAC

A licensed architect from the Philippines, Henesy brings a diverse portfolio to the team. She has worked on high-rise and horizontal developments across Asia, the UAE, the U.S., and Australia. Committed to continuous innovation, she leverages Building Information Modeling (BIM) to enhance design quality, coordination, and cost efficiency throughout all project phases.

ZACH FALOR

Graduated from Kent State University in 2012. After working in the Cleveland area after graduating went out to Los Angeles to attend Sci-Arc and graduated in 2017. He has worked for several firms ranging in focus from healthcare to residential and themed entertainment. He currently lives in Cleveland and works part-time at KSU.

Construction Visions

JAMES MANNING

James has an extensive background in project management with the energy industry, involving both renewables as well as oil & gas. He is also a licensed attorney who has a passion for technology. You can find James leading the push for integration of new technology in design & construction such as drone imagery & LiDAR 3D scanning.

Operations Manager

CLAY CARLSON

With an MBA in Sustainability and a knack for project management and operations, Clay helps manage client relationships and ensures seamless coordination across projects. He focuses on optimizing workflows, resource planning, and team collaboration so our architects can deliver innovative work with impact. Grounded in timely communication, he brings a balance of strategy and efficiency to every engagement.

ERIN TAYLOR

With a background in management and customer service, Erin brings a people-first mindset to interior design—blending organization, communication, and creativity to help deliver spaces that feel as good as they look. With a lifelong passion for art, Erin aims to create thoughtful, welcoming interiors that reflect each client’s unique style.
