    OWNER

    A midwestern family man with a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Michael entered the consulting scene creating engineering drawings for all types of projects, from small retail spaces to 20 story high-rise buildings, hospitals, schools, restaurants, and more.

  • Brent Cornell

    Brent Cornell

    DIRECTOR OF ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES

    Living nomadically in his tiny home, Brent, a Mechanical Engineer, creates detailed engineering drawings and architectural details. He continuously expands his knowledge and leads his team to timely completion. Outside of work, he enjoys backpacking, skiing, and spending time with his cat.

  • Katie Humble

    INTERIORS DIRECTOR

    Katie, with her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, has always been passionate about understanding individual needs and experiences. She eagerly anticipates combining her expertise with her unique artistic touch to create a personalized space that truly reflects your authentic personality.

  • Zach Falor

    REGISTERED ARCHITECT

    Graduated from Kent State University in 2012. After working in the Cleveland area after graduating went out to Los Angeles to attend Sci-Arc and graduated in 2017. He has worked for several firms ranging in focus from healthcare to residential and themed entertainment. He currently lives in Cleveland and works part-time at KSU.

  • James Manning

    CONSTRUCTION VISIONS

    James has an extensive background in project management with the energy industry, involving both renewables as well as oil & gas. He is also a licensed attorney who has a passion for technology.  You can find James leading the push for integration of new technology in design & construction such as drone imagery & LiDAR 3D scanning.

We help clients navigate the uncertainty and stress of construction by guiding them through the design, execution, and management of their projects.

Through our creative 3D designs, we can visualize any project and do a full walkthrough before work has begun. Additionally, our detailed selection budget and co-op labor opportunities save our clients a ton of money.
